Insurances

We accept all major insurances including:
Empire Medicare, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, GHI, HIP, Oxford Health Plans, Devon Health Services, Aetna US Healthcare, Anthem Health Care, Healthnet (formerly PHS), Cigna Heritage (needs referral and authorization), PHCS, Multi-Plan, Elderplan, United Healthcare, H.D.A. (Independent Processing),CHN Select Pro, Magnacare, New England, Local 1199, Oxford,Up&Up, and many other Union Plans.

We provide insurance billing. Anything not covered by insurance will be your responsibility. We request payment at the time of your appointment for services that are not covered by insurance. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.
