I was glad that I was able to get an appointment the same day that I realize I had Bell’s Palsy. I knew how important it was to get treatment for it asap. I like the fact that they have physical therapy and acupuncture in the same place as the doctor’s office.

She was listening to what I had to say patiently asking additional questions. She ordered in-office tests needed. The waiting was not long and the staff was very friendly in her office. Dr. Dolgovina is very informative about how she’ll proceed with her treatment. From the receptionist to the doctor, the assistant physician, everyone were very friendly and courteous. Most importantly, Dr. Dolgovina didn’t want to prescribe me with bundles of medicine. Instead, she preferred to start my treatment with little medication and a lot of tests. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good neurologist.

Dr Ivan Mikolaenko wasn’t pleasant at all. I was the only black patient there. He treated me poorly. After coming back to get results for brain mri, he spoke to me very rudely after I told him I didn’t like his tone, he refused to finish giving me the results and kicked me out his office. I paid a 50 dollar co payment. After expressing I paid my co pay to get my results he told me I will get a refund just go. If you are black and really sick do not go see this dr. He will not treat you well. Very unprofessional, no respect or empathy!! Terrible choice for neuro dr!

I waited half an hour to see the doctor. Upon checkout I was told my insurance was out of network and was charged $200 for the visit. I SHOULD have been warned during the 30 minutes I sat waiting to be seen not after. In hindsight, it almost feels as if it was deliberate. My appointment was a Weds afternoon. I called their Medical Records team Thursday for a copy of my statement in hopes of being reimbursed any amount from my insurance company; left a message since no one answered. Called their Medical Records team again on Friday; no answer, left a message. Today, it is three weeks later. I called again. No one answered; I left another message stating I've called before and what I need. While I felt the doctor was thorough, I am very disappointed with the blatant disregard.
